Task Force 83 was dispatched for a reported dwelling fire with people trapped. 8101 arrivied on location with nothing showing from the exterior. An off duty firefighter and 8101 gained access to the dwelling to find an elderly woman on the floor, she was removed and handed over to BLS. the crew from Quint 83 checked for extension with negitive results. The crews stood by waiting for the local FM.
